Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads.

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, 10th, 12th,  Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience or fresher in sales, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel as required.
