Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Implementation Engineer with hands-on experience in EDI integrations, B2B client handling, and ANSI X12 standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing EDI and API-based integrations while supporting production environments and global trading partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test EDI and B2B integration solutions
• Perform EDI mapping (EDI to XML, EDI to Flat File, XML to EDI)
• Execute end-to-end implementation projects
• Handle B2B client onboarding, support, and issue resolution
• Work extensively with ANSI X12 transactions
• Support EDIFACT transactions (good to have)
• Configure and support data transfer protocols: AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S
• Work with EDI Integration products
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs (good to have)
• Write and optimize SQL queries and joins
• Assist with performance tuning and production support
• Ensure system reliability, security, and SLA adherence
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• ✅ Experience in Design, Development & Testing – Intermediate
• ✅ Expert-level EDI Mapping (EDI to XML, Flat File, etc.)
• ✅ Experience with EDI Integration Products – Intermediate
• ✅ Expert in B2B Client Handling
• ✅ Expert in ANSI X12 Standards
• ✅ Exposure to AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S
• ✅ Strong experience in SQL Queries and Joins – Intermediate

Good to Have

• ➕ Exposure to EDIFACT
• ➕ Exposure to REST APIs

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
